Treasure Support Email
You can send email to us at support@treasuredata.com.
Treasure Support Chat
You can start a live chat with the Treasure support team through the Treasure Console.
- Open the Treasure Console.
- Select LiveChat A window opens populated with your name and email address associated with your Treasure account. Type your questions or comments.
- Add any log file or screen capture files that you might have.
- Select Send.
Treasure Support Form
You can submit tickets to our Support Desk at support.treasuredata.com. Communicate directly with our support team and receive email updates on your tickets.
