What is the Audience Studio?
The Audience Studio is a marketer-friendly interface where you can create a unified view of your audience or customers using predefined Master Segments. In order to use the Audience Studio, you must set up Master Segments in the Data Workbench. To learn more about setting up master segments, go here. Within the Audience Studio local navigation area, you will find the Dashboard, Segments, Profiles, Predictive Scoring, and Profiles API tokens, each described below.
On the Dashboard you can easily view current volume and growth rates of existing master segments as well as view and compare existing segments within a master segment.
Under Segments, you can create batch segments of existing master segments using predefined attributes and behaviors that will allow you to prepare your data for various activities such as targeted campaigns or exporting to analytics tools.
Under Profiles, you can view specific profiles within a Master Segment. You can view each customer’s details, attributes and targeted campaigns.
Under Predictive Scoring, you can set up models to predict future behavior of your master and batch segments. It does not require machine learning or data science expertise and is geared towards marketers who would like to predict profile behavior such as who is likely to churn, purchase, click, or convert in the near future. Profiles API Tokens
